All prices during the Bare Jewellery Mid-Year Sale are as marked. No discount code is required unless explicitly stated.
Due to the nature of the event and significant promotional discounts, all sale purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted items unless deemed faulty under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Same-style size exchanges may be permitted, subject to stock availability only.
Please Note:
Some styles featured in the sale may not be restocked once sold out.
Orders cannot be amended, cancelled, combined, or edited once placed due to the high volume of orders during the sale period.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout. Please ensure all order details — including product selection, sizing, engraving details, and shipping information — are correct before placing your order.
Orders containing preorder items cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped once the preorder item becomes available unless a split shipment has been arranged separately with our customer service team.
Engraving orders are strictly final sale. Once an engraving order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, refunded, or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions will be made.
We cannot accept in-person returns. All approved returns or exchanges must be processed through our online returns portal or by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].
Return Eligibility (Where Applicable)
Any approved return or exchange items must:
Be in original, unworn, and resellable condition
Include all original packaging and inclusions (pouch, box, tags, etc.)
Be returned within the approved return timeframe provided by our customer service team
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to sender at sender’s cost.
